About This Role

Koding Data is seeking a Head of Technology and Academic Development to lead the strategic growth of our technology and academic initiatives.
This role combines educational leadership and technical innovation, guiding both our bootcamp programs and real-world IT projects.

As a core member of the leadership team, you will design academic strategies, oversee technology projects, and ensure every program reflects Koding Data’s commitment to excellence in AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in technology, education, or IT project management.

• Strong technical foundation in AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align business and academic goals.

• Based in Jakarta (preferred) with the flexibility to work remotely.

• Passionate about education, innovation, and empowering others through technology

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee both academic programs and IT project development within Koding Data.

• Design, review, and continuously improve curriculum frameworks across AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering.

• Supervise and mentor teams working on bootcamp classes, capstone projects, and client-based IT solutions.

• Integrate AI and data-driven systems to improve company operations and learning experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure both educational and project deliverables meet high-quality standards.

• Provide strategic direction for scaling Koding Data’s academic and technology ecosystem.

• Evaluate the success of bootcamps and IT projects and propose continuous improvements.
